Shipping & Returns

FREE Shipping on All Orders at

All of the perfumes shipped from are sent through international airmail, and comply with international mail regulations in regard to the sale and shipping of duty-free products World wide.

Each perfume ordered on is sent in its own package, this ensures that the restrictions that apply to weight and value for duty free products is not surpassed. Although every product is packaged separately, they are shipped to you on the same day. This does not necessarily mean that you will receive all perfumes that you have ordered at once. It can take up to 10 days after the first perfume is received to receive a full order of more than one perfume.

  • We ship all our orders using International Registered Airmail with a tracking number as for you to be able to track the package online. It usually takes between 10 to 21 working days from shipment date, for a Registered package to be delivered. FREE International Registered Airmail Shipping on All Orders at
  • There is also the option of Priority Shipment only for UK, USA, Australia, France, Belgium, Germany and Canada. Priority Shipment usually takes from 8-10 working days from shipment date. It is not uncommon for packages with priority mail to UK and Australia, to be delivered within 5 working days from Shipment date! Priority Shipment is also FREE on All Orders.

Shipment times are from the day your order is shipped. Orders are shipped once they are charged.

Please remember to include your full shipping address when filling out the order form, to ensure that you receive your perfumes as fast as possible.

We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item.

To return items, you must contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. If you do not contact us within 14 days after receiving your order, we reserve the right not to accept returned items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags and labels intact. Please do not remove hangtags or other information from the product. Fragrances can not be returned, unless there is a noticeable flaw in the product. Customers name, address and telephone number must be attached. We only provide a refund or exchange the product, if the product is unused and in its original condition.

In most cases the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, but should this not be the case due to a clear agreement between the company and the customer, once we receive the product back in our warehouse, we will refund the value agreed.
